FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long will it take to print my job?
Most offset printing orders are produced in 5 business days. Times do vary depending on the project and current workload. Please call to get a current turnaround time on your specific project.

What type of files can I send you?
Files for offset printing must be setup in a paticular way. We do offer full in-house design services. Here are some general guidelines for "print ready" files:

1. We prefer PDF files.

2. Make sure your files and all placed images are in CMYK mode.

3. Placed images must be at 300dpi.

4. Please outline all fonts.

5. Please include a 1/8" BLEED on all sides of your file.
   

Can I email you my files?
We can accept email files up to 8MB. If your files are larger, please bring us your files on CD or USB drive.
